Nicole Aaron frequently rounds in the NTICU to assist with any learning needs and provides the most up-to-date evidence-based practice to the unit. She exhibited compassion while finding a scared, confused patient restless and crying in bed. She held the patient's hand, explained the situation, and effectively calmed her. She sat with the patient, ensuring her safety and assisting the primary nurse.
