I am extremely grateful for the care I received at the hospital on Thursday. I was admitted for an outpatient complete hip replacement. My entire experience was extremely positive, from intake to discharge. The team made me feel safe throughout the procedure. The nursing staff was excellent, and while it’s hard to single out just one person, I’d like to nominate Nicole Aguirre for the DAISY Award. I was distressed by my inability to urinate, which had to be resolved before I could be released. Nicole was incredibly patient and put me at ease throughout the discomfort. She took excellent care of me during post-op, and I left feeling confident and ready for recovery. Thank you, Nicole and the entire staff, for an outstanding experience. I am on my way to a full recovery, and I owe it to all of you for laying the foundation.
