Nicole Albold is one of the best nurses I have interacted with. She was extremely caring, empathetic, excellent communication skins and really listened to me and my questions throughout my hospitalization after delivery of my child.
Here are examples:
Caring/Empathetic: Always came into the room and asked me if I needed anything. Always empathized with my concerns.
Excellent Communicator: Explained things clearly so I could understand.
Educational: Came back another day when she was not my nurse to go over breastfeeding skills.
Most importantly, she is someone who treated me like family and I will always appreciate that.
