I had surgery abroad. Nicole congratulated me for doing something to improve my everyday life. She assessed my wounds and asked the surgeon to come to see me after they finished in the theatre. She reassured me that my wounds would heal in time and not to worry. I was embarrassed coming to the hospital but Nicole made my day with her positive attitude. I just cannot thank her enough for the special care I received. She is God here on earth.
