We arrived at Seattle Children's Hospital at the end of Nicole's shift, but it was enough for us to know that she was a very good nurse - nice and dedicated.
She was very attentive attending my daughter, and she did all she could when she realized I was suffering for having my 18 month old son away from me. Even though I didn't get to have him with me, I really appreciated her dedication to all of her patients and their family members. I bet that's the way she is to all of them.
