My husband had to visit the ER on the evening of the biopsy of his prostate and a bladder test that was performed in the morning. He couldn't urinate, was in a lot of pain, and needed to be catheterized. The nurses took extraordinary care of him. They were kind, caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. Also, they were (and this is just as important as all the aforementioned attributes) very pleasant. Their collective concern was so great that they didn't even want to leave at the end of their shift! Who does that?? They wanted to make sure he was OK. We've always received the most wonderful care from all the Jefferson nurses over the years at Same Day Surgery too. However, Nicole is exceptional and very special; your hospital is blessed to have them.
