Nicole was very sweet, kind, and caring. She had great bedside manners and was always quick to answer any question I had. She is very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience as a first-time mom, and she was my nurse. Anytime I had any problems she was always there to reassure me that everything would be okay. She never complained anytime I called her for the little things and also stayed in the room for a period of time just to help me. I don’t know what I would have done without a nurse like Nicole. She is the best nurse that I have ever had. Every nurse I had throughout my time in labor and delivery was great, but Nicole stuck out the most. I will forever be thankful to have this experience with a nurse like Nicole.

I came in to deliver a scheduled c- section, but we had a change of plans to try for my second vaginal delivery. My first vaginal had been hard on my body, and I wanted to do everything I could to prevent that from happening again. Nicole came on shift immediately, and I was so relieved because my doctor had already briefed her and knew how I was feeling. We went over the plan, and she heard me and got me. All day I felt extremely cared for and most importantly advocated for. Approaching this delivery, I had a few God winks, and I am absolutely positive there was a reason Nicole was assigned to me. She was meant to help me deliver this one. A true angel on earth, everything went amazing. I will forever be grateful to her and her amazing coworkers. DeTar North has been incredible throughout both my children's births and one loss. So thank you to Nicole and her team!
