Nicole Baynots, RN

Nicole was my dad's nurse for 4 out of the 6 days he was hospitalized. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. She was so friendly, so attentive, so compassionate, so thorough, and so understanding. My dad is not the easiest patient. She was so good with him, every step of the way. She explained everything that was being done in a way that we all could understand. Her knowledge and patience were demonstrated every day. We genuinely missed her on her day off. People like Nicole are so rare. She made this hospital stay not just bearable, but actually pleasant. She absolutely deserves this award. From the entire family - Thank you, Nicole!
