Nikki is exceptional in every way and on time with meds. She corrected IV problems promptly, efficient, organized, and knowledgeable. Great personality and smile, and a kind person who made us feel comfortable and cared for.

She always made me smile and took care of me. I was going through a tough time and some legal matters. She never judged me; she just listened and offered a shoulder to cry on.

Nikki had the best bedside manners! Always a smile on her face, always very nice! Nikki always had my medications to me on time. Checked on my pain level when it was time for pain medications. She would sometimes come in and find me crying because I just recently lost my daughter and my son less than 3 years ago. She would stop and take a few minutes to listen and comfort me. She also made calls to the doctors a couple of times to get answers for me and talked to case management for me. In my eyes she is the best; always made my day.
