I cannot tell you how professional and empathetic Nicole Berg was. She was compassionate and even though she never had what I had, I really felt like she cared and understood the pain I was going through. Nicole was truly an A+ professional throughout the entire process. From admission through discharge, Nicole explained what to do the next day and made sure I was going to follow up.
