Upon meeting Nicole in triage, she immediately provided a safe, trusting, warm, and friendly environment. I knew I would be in good hands. She took great care reading through my birth plan and reiterating my wishes back to me - showing her respect and understanding. We liked her so much, we requested her to care for me on her next shift. The continuum of care was seamless, and she did a beautiful job coaching me through pushing. I was most impressed by her quick critical care skills - she acted calmly and quickly ensuring a safe delivery.
