Nicole demonstrated heroism during her shift recently. After multiple attempts to located platelets for a sick infant in Level 3 NICU who needed emergency surgery, the nurse realized she was a blood match. She left her shift immediately to go donate her platelets without any hesitation or question. She is compassionate and committed to put the babies first and continues to go above and beyond.
