Nicole is flexible. She understands that assignments may change and is willing to take on another task.
When I think of someone who shows compassion to her patients, is an excellent clinician, and is a great coworker, I think of Nicole Brumage. Nicole is first and foremost an outstanding CRNA. She has strong clinical skills that are recognized by her peers, anesthesiologists, and surgeons.
Additionally, Nicole is flexible. She understands that assignments may change and is willing to take on another task. Furthermore, she can go into any room and provide high-quality care to patients. Patient care and safety are her priorities. She handles emergencies calmly and has an innate sense when something is not right. She is a team player who goes the extra mile to support her colleagues and give breaks. Often, she stays after her shift has ended to complete her anesthetic. Nicole can handle anything that is given to her, is a pleasure to work with, and is a huge asset to the CRNA Team at UWMC Montlake. Congratulations, Nicole, on your DAISY Award!
