Nicole was one of the first people on scene of a motorcycle accident. The patient had lost part of his leg from the accident. Nicole, without hesitation or any medical supplies or PPE controlled the bleeding until the ambulance arrived.
Nicole continually works to improve our policy and procedures to improve patient care. She makes sure staff is well informed and well educated in order to give proper/excellent patient care. She is a great resource and the first people I turn to when I need advice or clarification. She is the nurse I aspire to be.
