After just under three months in an induced coma, we had the pleasure of meeting many great nurses, doctors and staff members, but the care and extra support from Nicole were extraordinary. From the first time that I spoke with her, I knew the way she would speak of and praise our family member was beyond what is expected or asked. After finishing up two consecutive night shifts, she returned to our room with an arm full of personal beauty supplies and proceeded to wash and style her hair for her after not being styled for months. Our family member would smile from ear-to-ear just from hearing Nicole's voice. It was truly heartwarming. She has truly touched both of our hearts, and we are forever grateful that we were even blessed with someone as warm as her in these trying times in life. Truly an angel.
