Nicole is one of a kind. From the moment she stepped in the room with us, she brought this calm presence with her. She handled our daughter with ease and such gentleness. She bent over backward to make sure she was comfortable. She got her the prettiest blanket she could find, a Cinderella gown, and propped her hand up with stuffed animals so we could hold her hand easier. There isn't enough room to say everything. I want to say thank you for everything you did for us.
