Nicole knew I loved music and came in my room, and she would sing with me and dance with me.
Nicole is a great nurse. One of the best nurses I have ever had. She always comes in with a smile on her face. She has the best attitude even with the pandemic going on. She treats me like I am family, even though this is the first time we have met. She goes above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need. I also see her interactions with the other workers, and she treats them the same way. She always works together with them as a team. She is a rock star RN in my eyes. Thank you, Nicole, for your compassion.

I have been really scared and lonely while here and at times I couldn't remember where I was. Nicole knew I loved music and came in my room, and she would sing with me and dance with me. Nicole Chambers goes above and beyond every single shift for her patients and her coworkers. At this moment right now, she is with a patient who has been here several days and is very anxious. Nicole has her up in a chair and is sitting in a chair beside her with Amazon Prime music playing music from the 60s. She is dancing and singing to the music and to the patient. The patient is sitting there laughing and smiling and singing instead of crying, as she has for days. I truly wish everyone could see what I am seeing at this very moment.
