Nicole Colabella, BSN, RN

Nicole has been an amazing leader. Her story as an ED Nurse Manager began with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Nicole was one of RBMC's Assistant Nurse Managers at that time. However, she surpassed excellence in providing constant positivity, assurance, and support to both staff and patients. Since then, she has been promoted to Nurse Manager and has never disappointed in her transformational leadership and her constant positive manner in tackling any leadership task, no matter the difficulty level. She is unbelievably empathetic and supportive of staff and their individual needs. She is always a pleasure to work with and is a shining beacon for all those aspiring to attain future leadership roles.
