I admire and appreciate Nikki’s sincere dedication to all of her employees.
Nikki has role-modeled a collaborative mindset for our group. Being a director of 4 different entities, she consistently promotes ways in which we can all work together for the betterment of the individual unit and the organization as a whole. She has continuously messaged the importance of whatever needs to be done for the good of all, in regards to staffing and support. Nikki exhibits unwavering ethical nursing standards. Nikki has worked side-by-side with the Hospice Nurses to understand the hospice nursing role and encourage best practices and outstanding care; I admire and appreciate Nikki’s sincere dedication to all of her employees. She does what she says she’s going to do and communicates with a solution if she cannot. She demonstrates respectful accountability, being a teacher with her own actions. Nikki has been our leader for about 10 months. Personable and positive, she has guided our team to a new level of professionalism and efficiency. She has demonstrated she is a firm leader, with a light touch. Calm and steady, warm, and witty are terms that describe her influence on our Hospice team.
