Nicole D Bates, BSN, RN, CMSRN

Nicole was one of many nurses that took care of me while I was a patient at Kootenai Health. I was a patient because I had attempted suicide with alcohol and pills. Nicole was extremely compassionate (as were the nurses that she oversees) and made me feel like I was a priority. She gave me excellent advice on aftercare and never once made me feel ashamed of why I was a patient in the first place. Her compassion and knowledge really made a difference for me, and I feel that she is someone I can count on even in the future with my mental health struggles. Overall, she is a very dedicated and knowledgeable RN, and Kootenai Health is very lucky to have her as an employee and leader among their staff.
