Nicole was very empathetic and comforting to a patient who was extremely distressed about transferring to a different facility. The patient's daughter was also very upset as well and Nicole handled the situation so gracefully. The patient's daughter came back out to the nurses' station to thank Nicole for comforting her mother while she was on her way up here.
