As a Service Line Nurse Educator within the Resource Team at Atrium Health, Nicole exemplifies the very essence of what it means to be a compassionate, dedicated, and inspiring nurse educator with the highest standards of nursing education, leadership, and innovation.

She leads with clarity and compassion, ensuring that nursing staff across service lines are not only clinically competent but also empowered to grow professionally. Her leadership in initiatives such as the 2025 Resource Team Annual Competency and her consistent communication through updates like the “CNEW Communication & Central Area Nursing Education” bulletins reflect her dedication to transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
