Remembering things is so hard for us. Repetition is so helpful, and Nicole is so kind in explaining and repeating when necessary. She responded so compassionately to my request that she make a schedule of the meds I give at home for the four days after chemo. I asked for a color-coded schedule of meds to make it easy for me. She wrote a reminder to take the blood cell meter off at the appropriate time when the meter is solid green. This reduces stress. Thank you so much. All these reminders are so important for K and me. Your staff is the BEST!
