Nicole Dunleavy is always so comforting and kind. She always makes me feel calmer and more relaxed. I get very anxious before my procedure, and Nicole talks to me, reassures me, and is gentle. I have been coming to St. Christopher's since I was 4 years old; I am now 16. I come here every 6 weeks for my infusions, and in between, I come for doctor visits, tests, and other procedures. I never look forward to coming in except when I see Nicole. In my last procedure, it took a few times to find my vein, and it was painful. About a week later, Nicole reassured me that I would not have the same issue. She was right; it was done on the first try! Nicole always answers my mom's questions or sends a message to my doctor when needed. She deserves to be recognized for all her hard work and dedication to her job.
