Nicole E. Roberts, RN, BA

Ms. Roberts provides support and guidance to the clinical team members at two sites (Gun Hill and Tremont), inspiring and influencing others to achieve their maximum potential. While out on sick leave, Ms. Roberts remained available to her staff, providing accommodations with scheduling and clinical support for both sites. She works diligently with HR during the recruitment process to provide additional support to the clinical staff. She works on the floor and sees patients if/when needed to relieve the stress on the overworked team during staffing shortages. She addresses all concerns with Senior management pertaining to any issues that arise concerning Nursing. Ms. Roberts provides periodic reassurance to the nursing team with personalized acknowledgment of a job well done while encouraging others to follow along.
