This story is from a Mercy Pulmonology Clinic patient. When my partner and I bought a small vacation home in Maine, I needed to find a pulmonologist so that I could continue to receive my infusions and have a physician familiar with me should I need medical care while visiting Maine. Nicole went above and beyond the normal staff in finding the information I needed, contacting me, and then contacting the Bangor pulmonology office. She faxed my medical records, kept me constantly informed, and offered to do follow-ups should I need additional help. She went above and beyond to help me find care away from home.
