Nicole Edwards made sure I was never left alone for long. During my time in the hospital, I was scared numerous times and she always took the time to calm me down by talking to me and helping me to see the future as something to look forward to and not dread. On one particular occasion, I woke up in terrible pain and fear. Without being asked, she brought my discomfort under control and soothed my troubled mind. Of all the nurses in PCU, I found Nicole to be the most compassionate and competent. She is a true star at HMH!
