Nicole Ellerbe, RN

Nicole goes above and beyond with patient care on her unit. She is a pleasure to work with, dedicates her time to patient experience, and has been a true innovator in her openness to starting new pilot projects on the unit. The patient experience purple flags initiative is one to which Nicole has dedicated a significant amount of time to focus efforts on improving the patient experience. It truly shows, based on the HCAHPS survey experiences we have received from patients on 2 DSU since then. Nicole is always available, has a positive outlook even during stressful times, and is able to juggle numerous tasks and make them look easy!
