Nicole Erickson 2, RN

Thank you for having Nicole on your team. She is such a good, gentle leader to the nurse she is training. She is very aware of my mom's needs, medicine, and care. She also has excellent leadership skills. They have been so caring to take the time to ask us if we need anything. Her care is so on time, on the dot, makes us feel my mom is SAFE with them. We are so impressed with Nicole's leadership skills and guidance while being on such a busy, delicate floor. She is very compassionate toward my mom and us. I appreciate her taking pride in her care. She executes her job with integrity and love.
