Nikki Fiore is an amazing nurse. She always goes above and beyond, not only for her patients but also with the staff. She is smart and funny, compassionate - everything Kettering stands for. She is the one you can go to with a "crazy/silly" question or for guidance. She is quick to respond in stressful situations and yet keep calm. Nikki also has a great reputation/relationship with her patients. She keeps them informed and updated no matter what. She makes jokes with them to keep them lighthearted, as being in the hospital is not easy. Nikki has a wonderful relationship with the physicians and she has built trust with each one. The doctors all know her and know she will get the job done. She is not timid in contacting them for anything (ie: pain meds, etc.). Nikki is amazing at what she does. It is evident in her care with her patients and their families. She's not afraid to help anyone and everyone. She is never the one to say to say that's not my job" or "that's not my patient".
