Nicole is there for patients, parents, and other nurses! She does everything she can to improve patient outcomes. She anticipates needs ahead of time, listens to staff on the unit to help their infants, and responds quickly to alarms and codes. We are a much better unit because of her.

Nicole has taken on the role of PCS in the last couple of years; prior to that, she was a bedside nurse here. She has helped our workflow by organizing our unit; she is a great critical thinker and provides excellent care to our babies. She has been instrumental in supporting our transition to a new manager and has helped us stay together. She is a true servant leader.

Nicole consistently puts all staff and patients above her own needs and is a true leader in our unit. She has a badge reel that says "you rise by raising up others" and she truly lives this motto each day.
