Nicole Richard had a very challenging situation occur when one of her post-op patients tragically lost a family member and had additional family members hospitalized the night of his surgery. She stayed over her shift to pray with her patient as he received the horrific news and held his hand. She was able to provide support to him during this difficult time and I know this meant the world to him.
