“My young daughter needed dental work under sedation. Nicole Gaines walked us into the pre-operative room before my daughter’s procedure. The lights were turned down low and she spoke in a lovely calming voice. My daughter was very nervous, but Nicole took the time to talk with my daughter about the paintings on the walls and animal that she liked. She truly went above and beyond to put my daughter in the most comfortable situation for her needs. She also took my husband and my thoughts into consideration when making decisions throughout the process. I truly appreciate everything Nicole did for us.”
