Nicole Garrett was the first nurse I met on the floor during my stay; she showed kindness and gentleness even when other patients were throwing a tantrum. You can say she handled my angry cry out with kid gloves. She came and talked calmly to me in my time when I was needing someone to talk to. She provided dignity and respect to me and other patients as well. She is a role model. When my brother came to visit he indicated that he was impressed at the level of care provided. Nicole truly provides the highest quality of care and upholds the highest standard set by the VA.
