Nicole Gotchy, RN

Today was the 2nd procedure I have had done there. Nicole took very good care of me and she went the extra mile to keep my husband informed of what was happening. Even though he could not be present. She makes a person feel very relaxed and they forget why they are even here. I have not had many people, let alone twice treat me with dignity and respect. I love that kind of compassion. I hope and I know many more will get and have the same happiness as I did. If I ever, I hope I never have to, but if I do have to come there again, I want Nicole.
