Nicole's outstanding nursing skills put me at ease from the very moment she arrived. She assessed the situation, and during her assessment realized that this was a first-time experience for us. She was very clear in explaining to us step by step what we were experiencing and what we were going to experience. She explained how we should handle ourselves in order to have a successful delivery and to minimize anything that could probably be a potential risk to the baby. She was amazing, her care and concern was so obvious and genuine. She was patient with us and so understanding. My family and I are so appreciative of Nicole for allowing us to have this moment.
