After leaving the ER, I was placed in this unit. While there, I received superior care. The nurses were prompt to help, attentive to my needs, and dispensed my medicine on time so that I could stay comfortable. After meeting their leader during her rounds, I was able to see why this unit was so professional and caring. Therefore, it is my opinion to honor this leader for leading by example and making sure her team takes care of everyone from the heart.
