Nikki took the time to sit down and help me cope with the crying and depressed feelings I was having.I have a hard time with my daughter being down the hall in the NICU; she came out a month early.Nikki took the time to talk to me.She pulled up a chair next to me and sat down to comfort me while I was going through something very sad but serious. She also gave me some advice as to what to do when I leave the hospital. I really appreciate her doing this for me. I almost felt like I was talking to my aunt or sister, or even a close friend. I am very thankful.
