Nicole always had a smile, checked on me even when I didn’t ring, and made sure I ate all three meals. If I were asleep, she would order me food. She even shaved my ugly face, haha. She made sure I was washed up, even when I had an accident in bed, and didn’t let me be upset over it. Plus, she made me laugh about it.
