Nicole is one of our hardest working nurses. She works quietly and humbly, never calling attention to herself. She is always working, and even when she's done with her own work, you'll find her helping someone else. Few nurses are able to so efficiently and calmly meet the demands of the role. Nicole confidently completes each task and takes her time with every patient. She is very mindful of those around her, and often offers help when there is a need. She is diligent, intelligent, and very caring. Even after a difficult night, she is not flustered. She always goes above and beyond to start tasks for day shift to make the oncoming nurse's shift easier.
Having worked with Nicole on night shift many times, I can tell you she is an outstanding peer. During shift change, Nicole often offers to do last minute helpful tasks. She approaches this sometimes difficult transition with such grace, never expressing frustration or irritation.
Nicole is a hard worker who is always willing to go the extra mile, and never complains. She always has a positive attitude, is a team player, and helps out when possible. She is quiet but essential to our night shift crew. She is compassionate and caring towards her patients and their families. She is a strong nurse with an amazing skill set and sets a great example for her co-workers.
