We would like to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to all the staff on 4 East for providing excellent care to L during her short stay. Nicole was extremely kind, sympathetic, and professional in our Mom's care and during my phone calls with her. She kept me updated and stayed with our Mom until she passed. I could tell while speaking to her how hard it must have been for her. She understood how hard it was for us not to be there and she stepped right up so Mom was not alone. Thank you so much!
