Nicole Krimm always has a smile on her face, even in the middle of the night. She has an incredible bedside manner. I hear from patients all the time of how caring and compassionate she is. She works very hard to make sure everyone feels like family. She was one of the nurses that helped take care of my grandfather when he was here.
