Nicole Kruschel, AND, RN

My nurse was warm and welcoming from the start, helping me to get settled in and feel comfortable. I had surgery previously and she was my nurse then. Nicole remembered me so we immediately had common ground. I was really impressed that she remembered me six months later after all of the patients she must have had. She explained very well everything she was doing, but we also just talked about life and everyday things. That really helped to calm my nerves that much more.

After my surgery, even though I already had another nurse, she made sure to say goodbye and give me a wheelchair ride downstairs. It was nice to feel cared for like that. She was an exceptional nurse for me and took excellent care of me. Thanks!
