The first time Nicole came into my room I was being grumpy. I’d been up all night at the ER and got put upstairs finally around 3 AM. All I wanted to do was sleep, but my neighbor screamed and cried till about 6 AM. Finally, it got quiet and I went to sleep only to be waked by this sweet, kind nurse and I was being such a grump to her. So Nicole looked at me and said, "There’s only one naughty person on this floor and that’s me so you better put a smile on your face so we can both have a great day." She made me smile every day that I was there. I thank God Nicole was there keep up the good work.
