Extraordinary care: Nurse Nikki is very gentle and careful in removing my husband's IV and in all procedures needed. We learned her technique to optimally dress the central line in the neck i.e. to turn the head before finally removing the backing of the op-site.
Compassionate care: She is always polite and respectful. She asked about me as the caregiver aside from just my husband (the patient). We were blessed that she was assigned to us.
