Nicole Langlais, RN

Nicole is an exceptional nurse who goes above & beyond for those blessed enough to be in her care. We had the privilege of meeting her when our 50-year-old loved one, J, was admitted to the ICU following a long, complicated tumor removal surgery requiring a sternotomy. Throughout his recovery, Nicole treated him like family.  Her skill, compassion, humor & ever-present smile brought him comfort during the darkest moment of his life.

J expressed how safe & secure he felt in her care. No number of questions were too many, and no request was too much. She was always there with patience and understanding. J told us, that when you think of what a great nurse should be, Nicole doesn't just meet those expectations — she exceeds them by miles. We are forever grateful for her tremendous nursing skill, unwavering support & kindness during our most difficult time. Thank you, Nicole. You are a gem.
