We were at the hospital for a day, and no one could get the room to a comfortable temperature. Nicole was assigned to our room on the second day. She immediately noticed how cold the room was, called maintenance, and within an hour, the room was comfortable. This was huge. At one point, my dad was shaking uncontrollably.

She introduced herself with a huge smile on her face, and we loved her immediately! My dad has chronic back pain, and she worked so hard to make sure he was comfortable. She noticed the things my dad liked to eat and drink, and always made sure he had extra.

Nicole would bring his medications in and make him think he got to decide when to take them. She has an unbelievable bedside manner. You would have thought he was her only patient by the way she cared for him. She treated him as if he were her own family member.

We loved Nicole, and Baptist is blessed to have her.
