Nicole Lewis, RN

Words cannot be enough to describe the amazing work our case manager, Nicole, does for us. I personally call her my pillar. She is the backbone of this department and has an amazing personality. Her professionalism and hard work are always appreciated.

Nicole handles the toughest challenges of being an ED case manager with so much patience and understanding. Every morning, I find myself waiting for the sound of her heels when she enters the ER. I feel relieved that she is present. I have learned so much from her and am still learning.  I just can't express myself enough. I must share my gratitude and appreciation for having her in our department. A great asset to this company and my strength when we work together.
