Nicole M Alexander, RN

Nicole has given my Dad exceptional care. She gives thorough explanations to the family. She is caring and goes above and beyond for my Dad. She talks to my Dad and not at him. I’m over 1.5 hours away and feel that if she’s there, he is being taken care of almost as I would. I couldn’t be there when he went into surgery, but she made sure we could Facetime, and she celebrated with me about his successful surgery. It’s great to deal with people who truly care. She's one of those people. She’s awesome!
