Nicole Malette, RN

Nicole was nominated for the care and compassion she shows to patients during pre-op and post-op visits, consults, and on the phone. She recently cared for a post-op patient who was struggling emotionally and with post-op changes to their body. She took the time to provide the patient with a listening ear. The patient felt supported and that Nicole was incredibly helpful. Nicole always goes above and beyond making sure patients feel comfortable and that their questions are answered. She is a true example of helping to give the absolute best patient care.
